Performance by Bedeng Akademi Subkultur

This work presents the dynamics of conversations taking place in a rented house called Bedeng, a communal space inhabited by cah cah subkultur (sub-culture kids)—young people from various subcultural circles, mostly with backgrounds as art students. On this particular night, they are celebrating a special occasion with pizza and beer, along with the unexpected arrival of a guest.

Both residents and visitors try to keep the conversation going through exchanges of punchlines, riddles about artists, explicit jokes, and discussions ranging as far as pregnancy.
